Formations (c. €15 million of revenue in 2024, Grand Est / FRA), a company specializing in technical professional training in the fields of workplace safety, handling, transport, construction and electrical certification, acquires Institut Nemo (Île-de-France / FRA), a work-study training center specializing in transport and logistics professions. This strategic transaction allows GO! Formations to expand its offering to qualifying training courses and to establish its activity in Île-de-France, thus strengthening its territorial network. With 340 annual learners and a market share of more than 50% in eastern Paris for the BTS GTLA, Institut Nemo brings valuable expertise to bear on recruitment challenges in the logistics sector. This merger is part of GO! Formations’ national growth strategy, with the aim of gradually rolling out diploma courses across all its centers.
