Add-on: GO! Formations Acquires Training Center Institut Nemo

Controlled by Activa, GO! Formations (c. €15 million of revenue in 2024, Grand Est / FRA), a company specializing in technical professional training in the fields of workplace safety, handling, transport, construction and electrical certification, acquires Institut Nemo (Île-de-France / FRA), a work-study training center specializing in transport and logistics professions. This strategic transaction allows GO! Formations to expand its offering to qualifying training courses and to establish its activity in Île-de-France, thus strengthening its territorial network. With 340 annual learners and a market share of more than 50% in eastern Paris for the BTS GTLA, Institut Nemo brings valuable expertise to bear on recruitment challenges in the logistics sector. This merger is part of GO! Formations’ national growth strategy, with the aim of gradually rolling out diploma courses across all its centers.

Acquisition: Agathos Invests in Digital Transformation Consulting Firm Enfuse Group

Agathos Management announces the completion of an investment in Enfuse Group (London / ENG), a B Corp-certified technology consultancy that provides consulting and implementation services for digital transformation strategies to leading companies, by focusing on process improvement, change management, and the integration of technology with behavioral analytics to optimize operational efficiency and organizational transformation. Acquisition: GRO Capital Acquires Supply Chain Optimization Software Developer AIMMS

GRO Capital announces the acquisition of AIMMS (North Holland / NLD), a technology company specializing in the development of advanced optimization software solutions for supply chain planning. AIMMS offers a set of tools for creating and deploying customized optimization applications, as well as the pre-configured SC Navigator solution for network design. This strategic transaction, GRO’s first in the Benelux region, aims to accelerate AIMMS’s growth, strengthen its product innovation, and expand its international presence.

Exit: Capiton Sells Supplier of Closure Solutions for Packaging Products KM Packaging

Capiton announces its successful exit from KM Packaging (Bade-Wurtemberg / DEU), a supplier of cap and closure solutions for tubes, bottles, jars, crucibles, and other packaging products. After acquiring a majority stake in 2021, Capiton has significantly contributed to KM Packaging’s growth, including strengthening its market position, helping it acquire new customers, and advancing its innovation and sustainability strategy. KM Packaging will join the ALPLAinject division of ALPLA Group (€4.9 billion of revenue in 2024, Vorarlberg / AUT), a group that designs and manufactures plastic packaging systems, bottles, caps, and injection-molded parts for various industries.
